Provides financial consulting in the form of business valuations, deal structuring, memorandum of understanding, capital raising and other related services.

Over the years, through training as an articled clerk, followed by some time in venture capital and corporate and investment banking as well as some time spent learning the art of direct marketing and online advertising, working as a consultant in both South Africa and in Ghana as well as serving as the Chief Business Officer of the oldest investment promotion agency, the founder of Marae has been able to build a vast network. Marae connect leverages this network in order to create a viable environment where open and honest trading can be facilitated.
